NCCM® Premier Yellow is manufactured with originally yellow non-woven fibers produced exclusively by 3M.
The Yellow Mill Roll is the main cover applied in wiping, oiling and tensioning rolls for continuous sheet processing lines and in stamping lines, with higher mechanical and temperature resistance, to work in neutral solutions (pH between 2 and 10), surpassing all other conventional rolls.
NCCM® N2 is a high performance N series product for a variety of neutral solution applications.
NCCM® NS uses Soft Touch technology and is indicated for applications requiring improved surface quality.
Mill Roll NCCM® NT is a competitively priced roll designed for applications such as pinch, squeezers and as transport rolls, as long as they operate at lower clamping pressures.
NCCM®️ CX and CX-Plus are specially designed to operate in aggressive chemical environments, such as electrolytic galvanizing and tin plating lines, pickling lines, painting lines, and at the exit of the alkaline tanks in cleaning sections.
The uniform porosity of the rollers and their ability to maintain continuous contact with the strip make these covers excellent applicators, ensuring even distribution and no wasted solution on the strip.
NCCM® RK is the best type of cover for large diameter tensioning rolls.
These nonwoven rolls are recognized for their high coefficient of friction and long life in some of the most demanding operations, particularly in aluminum line applications.
These nonwoven rolls are made from the same 3M materials as NCCM® Premier Yellow nonwoven rolls and therefore offer similar advantages as all NCCM® products.
