DYNAMIC BALANCING
Service of dynamic balancing of shafts and assemblies, performed with the addition or removal of mass in two planes, promoting the balance of the distribution of the resulting forces in relation to the axis of rotation.
The service is executed in state-of-the-art computerized equipment, with a maximum capacity of 3 tons, according to ISO 1940 Standard to the level of accuracy required, being class G 6.3 and G 2.5 the most usual for rolls.
In rotations, an unbalanced shaft or roller presents oscillations and vibrations that decrease the equipment’s lifetime and compromise its efficiency, besides causing marks on the surface of the material in contact with the rollers. The dynamic balancing procedure is fundamental to guarantee the final quality of the process.
